Zappa S.M.A.S.H. Lager

Enjoy the next in our series of Single Malt and Single Hop lager recipes, this time featuring Prairie Pils malt and Zappa hops. Zappa is a cool new variety found growing wild, right here in New Mexico. Named after Frank Zappa, “in collaboration with the Zappa family, this hop is as counterculture as the musician himself.” Our beer is well-balanced overall with subtle spice and notes of coconut, mango, passion fruit, berries, grapefruit and pine.
