White Crow Green Hop

This seasonal release is a collaboration with our dear friends at White Crow Hops, a family owned farm here in northern New Mexico. An award-winning Cream Ale recipe with 80 pounds (!!!) of freshly picked Chinook hops, picked and brewed the same day. “Green hops” skip the stressful drying and pelletizing processes, so they retain WAY more flavor and aroma: citrus, pine, pineapple, melon, berry fruit, earthy, herbal tea and broadleaf weeds. We’re pretty darn proud of this project, hurry before it’s gone!
