Weissguy Apricot Hefe

Michelle’s birthday brew is quite the refresher! A traditional wheat forward malt bill with a touch of German hops provides a canvass for the 44 pounds of Apricot puree and an expressive Hefeweizen yeast. Big bright, jammy fruit on the nose with some floral notes and clove spice leads to more light, refreshing fruit on the palate with a soft mouthfeel and lingering spice on the finish.
