ULLR Fest Sahti

Traditional Finnish farmhouse ale brewed with pale malt, rye, and juniper boughs in the mash, and juniper berries added to at the end of boil. Fermented with a very expressive yeast it has lots of fruit and spice as well as a broad malt character. Strong but well-concealed alcohol means you should sip carefully!
