Thirsty Throwback IPA

For her birthday brew Steph wanted to recreate an old recipe from her days back when Turtle Mountain opened in Rio Rancho in the late 90s. With a grist inspired by Dale’s Pale Ale from Oskar Blues and five classic C hops (Columbus, Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and Crystal) this brew has some bright lemongrass and citrus on the nose with some resiny pine notes, a touch of sweetness on the palate leads to some biscuity malt notes and good bitterness on the finish.
