The Fireside Porter

Brewed in collaboration with some of our former brewers and named for a previous tenant of our little spot on the corner, we included a bag of cherrywood smoked malt in the grist to add fruity, smokey notes to this American porter base. A little cocoa and roasty coffee from the other specialty malts pair with a little sweetness on the palate to more lingering smoke on the finish.
