Super Critical Pale

Next up in our birthday beer series, Mags wanted to brew a pale ale that is a bit more sessionable than an IPA but still packs a big hop punch. And so the Supercritical Pale was born.

Big fruity, citrus aromas with some weedy, piney notes on the nose, more juicy citrus on the palate and just enough of a bitter finish to keep you coming back for more. A pale ale hopped beyond its critical flavor point, it makes for a bright, refreshing and remarkably easy drinking brew.
