Sugar Plum Gose
A festive twist on the sour, salty style from Leipzig, this sour wheat beer has himalayan sea salt added to the boil, is spiced with cinnamon sticks in the whirlpool and is fermented with 6lbs/bbl of plum puree. Hazy with a light blush from the plum, the nose is fragrant and fruity. Initially sweet and fruity on the palate, those flavors give way to a clean sourness with a delicate salinity on the finish. Just the thing to cut through the remaining rich holiday food leftovers.
