Sir Bramling’s Golden Ale

A SMaSH beer made with Chevallier malt, an English heritage breed with a distinctive graham cracker / water cracker quality, and Bramling Cross hops, a British/Canadian cross breed with both woodsy/earthy English character and some lovely citrus/berry character too. Sir Bramling’s is a distinctly British-style take on a refreshing summer ale with a balanced bitterness and zesty, dry finish.
