RZ’s Honey Wheat

A collaboration with Ricardo Z Sanchez (RZ’s Bees), an Alcalde beekeeper we met at the Los Alamos Farmers Market. We started with a nice soft, golden American Wheat beer and added 60 pounds of his local wildflower honey. Brewed with local malts, lightly hopped with German Callista hops. Huge floral, fruity aroma. Bone dry finish with only a hint of perceived sweetness in the aftertaste, spritzy Champagne-like carbonation. Spread the buzz!
