Runoff Cold IPA

For this year’s Pink Boots Society collaboration we brewed a Cold IPA, a style that uses a clean lager fermentation and very light malt base to let the aroma of the hops shine through. This year’s hops blend consists of Centennial, Mosaic, Ekuanot and HBC 638, and is packed with tropical, citrus, and stone fruit aromas, some pineapple notes with some woodsy hints. Easy drinking  fragrant, a perfect spring refresher. $1 from every pint goes to fund scholarships and programs provided the Pink Boots Society to support women & non-binary individuals in the rapidly growing fermented & alcoholic beverage industry.
