Respect Your Elders DIPA

Inspired by that storied West Coast DIPA from Russian River Brewing (a favorite of Assistant Brewer Emily) this beer is full bodied and hop forward in the best way. A sweet, resiny nose with some piney spice leads to more sweet pine and resin on the palate with some fruity notes. The finish is long, lingering, chewy and bitter and builds as you sip. Best respected and sipped slowly.
