Post Pedal Pils

This Italian-style Pilsner features German Saaz and US grown Contessa hops. Unlike a German-style Pilsner we add a dry hop during fermentation, bringing out the more floral nature of the Saaz, complemented by citrusy lemongrass from the Contessa. Brewed in collaboration with the Tuff Riders mountain bike club, a $1 from each pint goes towards their trail maintenance fund.
