Pink Haze for Daze

This year’s Bathtub Row / Pink Boots Society collaboration fundraiser features fruit and hops in concert! Starting with a good amount of wheat in the grist for a fuller body and softer mouthfeel, we made this beer with a mixture of the ‘21 and ‘22 Pink Boots Hops Blend from Yakima Chief, added hibiscus flowers late in the boil, and finally 5lbs per barrel of raspberry puree in the fermenter.

Hazy pink in color with a light pink head, bright citrus and round sweet berry / cranberry aromas with a lingering sweet / tart character lead to a long mouthwatering finish of citrus / grapefruit pith bitterness. A fruity, refreshing brew raising money for a great cause: “Pink Boots Society aims to assist, inspire and encourage women and non-binary individuals in the fermented/alcoholic beverage industry to advance their careers through education.”
