Orange Blossom West Coast Pale Ale

Rising Hope, part of the Brewing Funds the Cure initiative, helps fund critical research in collaboration with the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation.

This year we took part by brewing a west coast pale ale with orange blossom added. A sweet floral nose, juicy fruit on the palate with a lingering citrus bitterness on the finish leads to a refreshing pale ale packed with flavor with generous helpings of Ekuanot and Chinook Cryo hops (concentrated by removing some of the plant matter) and the experimental HBC586.
