Mild & Lazy

Mild ales are an easy drinking, sessionable style from the UK. Traditionally lower ABV and bitterness than bitters, they allow the biscuity malt sweetness and fruity yeast esters to come through with just enough hop aroma and bittering to provide some balance.

A favorite of our brewer when he was growing up in the midlands, the heart of mild country to this day!
