Los Luceros Apple Ale

Our seasonal collaboration with Los Luceros, an official New Mexico Historic Site, brewed with a range of apples picked at their orchard, as well as elsewhere in the valley and around Los Alamos. A complex amber ale base with English specialty malts, oatmeal, molasses, and freshly-pressed apple cider.

Floral apple notes on the nose with an earthiness of the orchard; sweet molasses and fruit give way to a long finish where the tartness and tannins of the apples shine. A tasty autumnal treat!
