Lil’ Bo Pils

Inspired by the classic pilsners of Czechia, our Lil’ Bo Pils has some peppery spice on the nose from the Czech-grown Saaz hops and a little malt sweetness from the New Mexico grown and malted Vienna malt from Schwebach Malz in McIntosh, NM. Full bodied with more malt sweetness on the palate drying out to more pepper spice and some bitterness on the finish. A classic style and warm weather quencher.
