Into The Woods Sahti PEEC 25th Annversary

Brewed to celebrate PEEC’s 25th anniversary, Into The Woods, this traditional Finnish style features rye grains, juniper boughs and berries, and an expressive yeast to make for a big, complex beer. A big fruity nose of banana and dark, soft fruit with some spice and malt sweetness leads to a malty plummy palate with lingering spice on the finish.
