Hop Freeze Cold IPA

This newer style, epitomized by a clean lager fermentation and very light malt base, is all about letting the hop aromas shine. Featuring Azacca, El Dorado, Strata and Citra hops for the late/aroma additions, this beer has loads of ripe tropical fruit on the nose with some lemon grass and a little round berry character. Light, crisp, clean and refreshing, just like our sunny winter mornings between these snow storms.
