Hilltop Helles

Our take on the traditional German style, the Hilltop Helles is a malt forward pale lager made with Proximity Pilsen malt and Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnanger hops. The Pilsner malt dominates on the nose with light toasty sweet aromas. The malt sweetness continues on palate drying to a dry, citrusy hop finish.
