Next in our Single Malt And Single Hop (S.M.A.S.H.) series: Prairie Select Pilsner malt with Green Bullet, the definitive New Zealand hop from the 1970s. Crisp and grainy with refreshing, clean bitterness. High myrcene content produces notes of dark fruits, pine needles, strong floral aroma, slightly minty, earthy, resiny, grassy. Really great stuff.
