Gose Down Easy

Brewed in the German tradition, this sour wheat beer is a bright, salty treat. A wheat forward grist and a healthy dose of coriander in the kettle gives it bright perfumy, citrus notes on the nose. Initially sweet on the palate, salty tartness comes through with more salt lingering on the finish. Brewed for Jason’s birthday, a perfect pairing with the warmer weather.
