Extra Stout
A classic 19th-century Irish stout, brewed to a higher strength for export. Full of flavor—malty, toasty, roasty, nutty—but with a surprisingly dry finish. Hints of plum, wild cherry and black licorice. Opaque black, even the foam is dark, with fine lacing. Local base malt plus authentic imported specialty malts, hops, and yeast. 7.0% abv, 40 IBU.
