Elani Pale

Brewed in celebration of the Los Alamos Community Foundation’s 10th anniversary. This pale ale’s floral and fruity notes celebrate a legacy of community members and their support with a grassy finish. These aromas come from the Elani hops, named for the growers’ late mother and sister, built on a grist of New Mexico grown and malted pale ale malt from Schwebach Malz.
