Decaheimer IPA

Ten hops for ten years! We made a version of the Hoppenheimer with a whole 11lb bag of Galaxy added to give us a suitably over-the-top beer to celebrate our anniversary. Huge fruity nose with some dank, resiny notes. Sweet citrus on the palate to a long grassy, bitter finish. Here’s to ten years of tub beers!
