Chin Chin! English-style IPA
This English-style IPA takes us back to the style’s origins. English malts and hops were used for a slightly darker, more pronounced malt character than we typically see in modern American IPAs, whilst the English hops give it a more woodsy, spicy nose. There’s a little Zappa in the dry-hop to give it a touch of a fruity New Mexican flare. Chin chin!
