Centennial SMaSH w/ Prox Mild Malt

This Single Malt and Single Hop pale ale features Centennial hops, a classic American hop named for the Washington State centennial anniversary, and Proximity Mild malt, a base malt with more sweetness, body, and color than a typical pale ale malt.

The hops’ woodsy, citrus character plays off the sweet, biscuity malt profile to make for a very drinkable, balanced pale ale, harkening back to the earlier days of American craft beer. We used the KISS method when making this beer—Keep Ingredients Singularly Simple.
