Black Rye IPA
Dark as a stout but light-bodied and hopped like an IPA. Hoppy as hell, actually, using eight different varieties from America, England and Germany! Rye contributes a nice, crisp, grainy bite, a bit sharper than barley malt. Tasty caramel, toffee, molasses notes from British crystal malt. Fermented with our house dual-strain English ale yeast.
