Belgian Table Beer

A light, refreshing, sessionable pale ale inspired by low strength Belgian beers for everyday drinking. A simple grist of pale ale malt, wheat and oats, with a little German hops for balance, let’s our local Rio Arriba yeast shine through. Fruity esters and a little phenolic spice make for a drinkable but characterful pint.
