Showcasing a little-known 19th century historical style from Adelaide, South Australia. Biscuity, bold but balanced, very smooth, highly carbonated with a very light body and thirst-quenching finish from a hefty percentage of simple sugar, well-suited to their hot climate. Brewed with uniquely fruity and highly attenuative ale yeast and Australian Pride of Ringwood hops which are earthy, herbal, woodsy, peppery, delicious. Cheers mate!
