Atomic Age IPA

Atomic Age IPA is a collaboration brew with Flix Brewhouse ABQ celebrating the premier of the Oppenheimer film. With a grainbill similar to Hoppenheimer, it was hopped with Idaho 7, Cascade, Saaz, El Dorado, Amarillo, and Sabro, then fermented with a special “thiolized” yeast which boosts thiol biotransformation to 200x above sensory threshold, producing an explosion of dank, funky, citrusy, pine resiny, musky grape, tropical and berry fruit flavors and aromas.
