1440 Flanders Koyt

Brewed to an actual Middle Ages recipe from Liers, Flanders, the Dutch-speaking northern part of Belgium nowadays. 50% oats, plus wheat and barley, a few noble hops, and an old Trappist ale yeast from the same region. Well-rounded mouthfeel with a surprisingly light finish, hazy with hints of black pepper and clove.
